VOA Music Director Judy Massa was recently honored by the Country Music Association for her "outstanding contributions to the advancement and promotion of country music through the field of electronic journalism." Country music legend Charlie Daniels and his wife, Hazel, presented Judy with the Media Achievement Award following the nationally televised 28th annual Country Music Association Awards. Judy was the only recipient honored this year by the CMA in this category. December also marks the 10th anniversary of Judy's popular music program, "Country Music USA." Congratulations Judy!
